Yes I need to focus on consistency. I was getting away from how I help small businesses build relationships and grow their business with clients they actually like. In order to be most effective I am honing in on my specialty of consistent relationship/rapport building for professional experts who love helping people.

Do you find yourself fitting a mold for whatever service is asked of you? Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. And what is it that you are doing that your clients don't know about that you are really good at?

Consider this example: a client I was working with is known for photography. They've built their company on this. With an opportunity to not only provide professional photos but photo printing services for the DIYer, my client began to focus messaging more on this additional service. People came for the photos and came back for preserving their own memories.

Perfect what you do well and be clear what that is. Then grow into additional services your clients need and you can provide.
